Forecast for April 2010 (All times EST)
by Global Psychics Psychic
Astrologer Phil Reckard
Mars is still in His retrograde shadow until mid May, asking us to review and reassess exactly where our (Leo) egos have taken a beating ever since the holidays. Saturn moves retrograde back into Virgo on April 7, pounding into us the lessons learned (or unlearned) of the past few months, and even the past few years. Pluto moves retrograde on April 6, urging us to dig deeper into our subconscious minds and motivations, but Mercury's retrograde is a very different beast, telling us to try to make sense of all this and far weightier matters, well before Spring turns to Summer.
By moving retrograde back into Virgo, Saturn also moves back into an exact opposition to revolutionary Uranus on April 26, the fourth of five such oppositions since November 4, 2008 (Election Day in the US - another major clue), with their fifth and final opposition happening at the height of this Summer's intensity. And, other than the Moon, no planet makes any exact favorable aspects to Saturn this month - no help at all - until Venus forms a beneficial trine to Saturn on April 25. In some ways, we're all on our own in any attempt to gain Saturnian-style wisdom about the past or future, while in other more potent ways, this Venus/Saturn trine is precisely the arrangement to look forward to and honor.
Venus is now full in Her role as the Evening Star, the brightest object above the Western horizon after sunset. Venus will reign there until October, mopping up the various messes made by the other planets along the way, offering Her wisdom and guiding light of the Universal Divine Feminine to us between now and Autumn. Meditate on Venus each evening, and then try to remain cynical or pessimistic about the future - it can't be done!
